Activities based on children's books

In promoting the minority language in our household I have found that doing activities and exploring the books rather than just reading them has added a great deal to my children's experiences. I've collected some of the activities we took part in and the websites that we used to get many of our ideas from and have listed them here for you. Most of the activites can be done in any language. I have also included links to the books in different languages and some of the places where they can be purchased. You may also be able to request these books through your local libraries.
